Product Description

Sunsforce CPB202 Torso Rotation is an ideal product for exercising external oblique muscles and internal oblique muscles. After selecting the appropriate weight, the exerciser holds the chest handle and rotates the hips to effectively exercise the muscles on both sides of the abdomen.

The machine is ideal for working the internal and external oblique muscles from a comfortable, ergonomic, seated position. The start angles are labeled for side-to-side consistency and session-to-session reproducibility, and the start position adjustment and weight stack are accessible from the seated position.

 
It can best be described as follows: A Rotary Torso is a plate-loaded or selectorized piece of exercise equipment that assists in the development of core strength by working the abdominal and back muscles when the user rotates the torso through the waist from side to side. Parts reparied or replaced under the term of this warranty will be warranted for the reminder of the original warranty period only.
